Professional Heat-Transfer Press
The LTS 750 is our main press for large-format printing — jerseys, jackets, hoodies and workwear. With two independent plates (40×50 cm or 45×60 cm) production runs continuously without waiting times between transfers.

The LTS 12 is our compact press for chest pocket logos, sleeve prints, name tags on workwear and small sublimation accents. Fast, precise, energy-efficient — ideal for individual personalisations even in small quantities.
DTG – Direct-to-Garment
The Epson SureColor F2200 prints designs directly onto the fabric — no transfer film, no intermediate step. Photo-realistic full-colour printing on cotton, jersey and blended fabrics at resolutions up to 1440 dpi. Ideal for individual one-offs, limited editions and complex graphics with gradients.

Your blanks (jerseys, jackets, shirts) are delivered to us, inspected and stored.
Via Shopify, JTL or CSV we receive your order with print motif, name and number automatically.
Our team prints each article with the LTS 750 or LTS 12 — precise, fast, quality-controlled.
The printed item is immediately packed and dispatched the same day — same-day until 15:00.
FAQ
We use heat-transfer technology: flock, flex, sublimation and number/name printing. For other methods (screen printing, DTG) we are happy to advise on partner solutions.
We print from a single item — especially advantageous for personalised fan shop merchandise with individual names and numbers. We also offer competitive rates for large runs.
Print motifs are supplied as vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf) or high-resolution PNG. For number/name printing, a CSV file with the customer data is sufficient.
Yes. You deliver the unprinted articles to us and we take care of everything else — printing, packing, shipping to the end customer.
With raw goods on hand and print data available: same-day dispatch for orders received by 12:00. As standard, we process orders within 24 hours.
