Yes. Alcohol-based cosmetics, aerosol products and other GHS goods can be stored and shipped ADR-compliant by us — including all required documentation.

How do you prevent breakage with glass flacons?

Special shelving systems with no stacking load, padded compartments and careful individual packaging. Our pick rate for beauty products is below 0.5% damage.

Can you assemble sample sets and gift sets?

Yes. Kitting for sample sets, gift sets and limited editions is one of our core services. We configure the bill of materials in JTL and assemble the sets on demand.

How do you handle cosmetics returns?

Every return is checked for original seal, completeness and hygienic condition. Unopened, intact items are put straight back into stock. Opened or damaged items are documented and disposed of on request.

Do you support best-before date (MHD) tracking for cosmetics?

Yes. FIFO picking by best-before date (MHD), batch tracking and automatic warnings for expiring best-before dates are standard in our JTL system.
