Can you ship hanging garments?

Yes. Delicate garments are stored hanging and handed over wrinkle-free on hangers. For particularly delicate pieces we use garment bags.

How do you prevent size errors during picking?

Barcode-based order picking via JTL — every item is scanned on removal and checked against the order. Discrepancies are reported immediately.

Can you steam and re-shelve returns?

Yes. Fashion returns are inspected, steamed if necessary, re-labelled and put straight back into stock. You can see the condition of every return in the JTL portal.

Do you support seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas)?

Yes. Seasonal peaks are no problem for us — we scale staffing accordingly. TSV 1860 is a good example: jersey launches with high shipment volumes are handled reliably.

Can you attach RFID tags?

Yes. Hangtag attachment, EAN labels and RFID chips — we prepare your goods retail-ready, including all trade requirements.
