How do you ensure our operations don't stop during the relocation?
Through section-by-section planning: we relocate department by department while all others continue to work normally. IT workstations are dismantled in the evening and reassembled ready to use at the new location the following morning. We most recently achieved this in our flagship project with ~900 employees over 3 weeks without a single operational interruption.
We have a fixed deadline — can you plan at short notice?

Do you handle the IT migration or do we need to hire a separate provider?
We manage the complete IT migration: dismantling, inventoried transport and reinstallation of all workstations. We have been coordinating IT migrations as part of ongoing operations for the listed trading/agricultural group and listed media group for years. For network configuration and server rooms we recommend coordination with your IT service provider — we handle the logistics.
What happens if something is damaged?
All transports are fully insured. Before the project we document the condition of all objects with photographs. In the event of damage, our transport insurance responds immediately. In over 10 years of site relocations for the listed media group, not a single claim has occurred.
